Work, company and personal Gmail side by side, each in its own colour. Mail from the people who matter and unheard voicemail wait at the top, and voicemail plays right in the list.
Stop marking emails unread
Task It turns an email into a task in one click: reply needed, read later, print later or waiting on them. The email is read; the task keeps it on your list until it is done.
Your day on one screen
Every account's calendar together, with free time marked and your tasks beside it. Drag a task onto a time to plan it, or an email onto the calendar to start a meeting about it.
Google Chat beside your mail
Direct messages, group chats and spaces from your Google Workspace accounts, in the same window, with the people you message most often first.
Reminders that find you
Give a task a reminder and it rings on your computer and phone, even with GoHelm closed, with Done and Snooze right on the notification.
Support tickets, recognised
Zendesk and Blu Star ticket emails carry their ticket number and status, gather one ticket to a row, and become tasks in one click. GoHelm tells you when a ticket you wait on closes.

Gmail stays in charge
Gmail stays the source of truth. GoHelm changes your mail only when you ask, or through a rule you turned on.
Nothing is ever deleted permanently. Trash and Spam are Gmail's own, and can be undone.
Your email bodies are never stored. GoHelm keeps what a list needs, like sender, subject and date, and fetches the message when you open it.
AI only within clear rules: suggestions are marked as AI, and nothing is sent without you pressing Send.
